Holding SPS Accountable: Read the Recent Concord Monitor Op-Eds

12/15/2020

Last month, Alexander Prout published a powerful Op-Ed in the My Turn column of the Concord Monitor entitled "St. Paul's School and accountability", pointing out the school's repeated evasion of legal responsibility and failure to adequately protect its students. President of the St. Paul's School board of trustees Archibald Cox Jr. published a response a few days later, objecting to Prout's claims and insisting that the school is committed to the safety of the students in its care. Then former faculty member R.P. Hale penned a response to Cox's claims, denouncing his arrogant and dismissal of Prout's claims.

Check out their articles below. What do you think of how St. Paul's has dealt with its history?
