Survivor Resources

SPS ALUMNI THERAPY FUND

Did you know that St. Paul's School has a therapy Fund for alumni survivors.? For information on how to acces the fund, contact Sandra Matheson, an independent victim advocate consultant. Ms. Matheson is immediately available to listen, provide support and information, assist and support survivors in the reporting process, and to refer them to confidential trauma-informed therapeutic care. She can be reached at 603-540-7908 or at smathesonc@yahoo.com..

Both Ms. Matheson and RAINN will refer callers to a third-party administrator for payment of current therapy bills in order to maintain confidentiality after confirming alumni status and a therapy plan. They will not share any information with St. Paul's School.

SPS SURVIVORS

Sometimes you just need someone who gets it to lend an ear. Spssurvivors.net  matches brave men and women with survivor buddies from St. Paul's school.  The site also allows victims to anonymously share their stories. Too often survivors are shamed into silence. Here they are allowed to have a voice.  There is no "right" way to talk about sexual assault but change can only happen when we break the silence surrounding this epidemic. .

Hotlines

If you are looking for someone to talk to anonymously, hotlines are a great resource for survivors to speak with an experienced crisis center advocate and gain support and information. The 24-hour statewide New Hampshire sexual assault hotline is 1.866.644.3574. The 24-hour National Sexual Assault hotline is 800.656.HOPE (4673).

The 2020 Society is operating through a fiscal sponsorship with Players Philanthropy Fund (Federal Tax ID: 27-6601178), a Maryland charitable trust with federal tax-exempt status as a public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions to The 2020 Society are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
